Ways of working together
What kind of support do you need?
A one-off analysis, a defined project, ongoing account management or leadership: the task and level of responsibility determine the right approach. An audit can be booked on its own and is not a prerequisite for the other services.

Performance is below its potential
Campaigns are running, but growth, profitability or learning are falling short. We identify the real bottleneck and prioritize by business impact.
Complexity makes decisions harder
Multiple accounts, markets, feeds, stakeholders or data sources can no longer be managed through isolated platform optimizations.
Senior capacity is missing
A team needs experienced guidance and leadership without immediately adding another full-time position.
Strategy and execution are too far apart
Recommendations exist but do not reach campaigns, processes or decision routines. I can stay involved through execution when needed.
Agencies or specialists need clear direction
Roles, objectives and quality standards need to connect so separate disciplines become a working performance system.
Direct involvement
Personally involved. Clear about responsibility.
I work directly with the people, accounts and data relevant to the task. Depending on the engagement, I develop a basis for decisions, take on hands-on optimization, lead teams and partners, or combine these responsibilities.
Easy to work with. Clear on the substance.
I make developments, opportunities and the need for action visible early. That leads to clear decisions and the next sensible step — transparently, proactively and as a partner.
Beyond the ad account
The account matters. Results come from the whole system.
I look at media, data, funnel, testing, economics, processes, team and AI as a connected system. That reveals where the next effective change lies.
Possible scope
What we can bring together.

Team & agency
Support the team, lead it or execute directly.
I take responsibility within existing structures and often work with in-house specialists, analytics, creative or CRO teams, and existing agencies.
We clarify decision rights, goals, deliverables and quality standards so collaboration is clear and reliable.

Scope follows effort and responsibility.
Media spend matters, but does not determine the fee on its own. Accounts, markets, data complexity, hands-on work, leadership and speed determine the senior capacity required.

Common questions about performance marketing consulting.
What is the difference between performance marketing consulting and hiring a freelancer?
Consulting usually emphasizes strategy and assessment; freelancers are more often brought in for operational capacity. My engagements combine both: direct senior advice and hands-on execution when needed.
Do I need to choose between a retainer, fractional and interim support?
No. The calculator and our first conversation help identify the right form of engagement based on the task, time frame and level of responsibility.
Can you take over existing accounts?
Yes. Most companies I work with already run performance marketing. Before making major changes, I review goals, tracking, account history, economics and current responsibilities.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I can provide expert direction to an agency, act as a senior sounding board or take on specific hands-on areas myself. Clear roles and shared goals are essential.
Is there a minimum engagement?
The right minimum scope depends on the complexity and the task. An audit may be a better starting point if clarity is needed first or an ongoing engagement is not yet foreseeable.
