Independent Performance Advisory

An independent perspective on your next growth decisions.

Your team or agency runs the campaigns. You want to assess recommendations, weigh alternatives and sharpen priorities. I add an independent senior perspective to your existing setup.

Explore advisory

Independent advice. Operational ownership stays with your team or agency.

Does this sound familiar?

Execution is covered. Now the decisions need perspective.

An important budget decision

You are considering a larger investment or a new allocation. You want an independent assessment of prerequisites, assumptions and risks.

Several plausible recommendations

Your team, agency and management bring different views. You want to turn them into shared priorities.

A question beyond the account

Campaigns are only part of the decision. Economics, measurement and the funnel need to be considered together.

The key question

Good decisions make their assumptions visible.

A report shows what has changed. A sound decision also needs an understanding of causes, data gaps and available alternatives.

I work with the people already responsible: clarify the question, assess recommendations and bring different perspectives together. The goal is a decision you can act on, without creating a second parallel operations team.

Decision review

From recommendation to reasoned decision.

The review can address one question or support a regular decision rhythm. Depth follows the stakes and the available data.

  1. The question

What specific decision is due, and what business goal does it serve?

  2. Evidence

What supports the recommendation, and what remains uncertain?

  3. Alternatives

What other budget, channel or execution options should be considered?

  4. Economics

How do expected contribution, effort and risk change under different assumptions?

  5. Alignment

Who contributes which expertise, and who makes the decision?

  6. Follow-up

How will we know if the assumptions hold or the plan needs to change?

Experience and approach

In brief

Questions about independent advisory.

Do we need to change agencies?

No. Advisory complements your current setup. We agree on roles, access to information and collaboration together.

Do you need direct account access?

It depends on the question. Documents may be enough for a strategy discussion; a thorough account review needs the relevant data access. We set the scope in advance.

Can we book a single second opinion?

Yes. A focused review can make sense for a specific decision. Regular support is not required.

Does this make you responsible for performance?

In advisory, I advise and challenge within the agreed scope. Taking on operational or leadership responsibility is a different engagement and needs to be agreed explicitly.
