Project impact
In an in-house leadership role, I developed a team of six to eight people and a broad digital marketing mix.
Better collaboration, clearer processes and systematic channel optimization drove substantially more conversions within about a year.
Starting point
The remit covered search ads, SEO, paid social, affiliate, partner and email marketing. At the same time, processes, ownership and the connection to business goals became clearer.
That created growth across channels, collaboration and the team’s ability to make better decisions independently.
My responsibility
I developed the organization and marketing activities together, reporting directly to management.
The system behind it
Many connected improvements combined into a stronger marketing system.
Three new colleagues added skills and capacity to the existing team.
Junior team members gained clear learning areas and gradually more responsibility.
Account structures, testing and continuous optimization matured across channels.
A central project management system clarified priorities, ownership and progress.
The outcome
Better processes, more efficient channels, additional reach and more systematic management reinforced each other.
This case shows why performance marketing becomes organizational work as complexity grows, alongside account optimization.
Sustainable performance improves when the team, processes and channels improve together.
For your setup
Clear ownership and processes make channel growth more resilient.
Developing junior colleagues builds lasting capacity and responsibility.
Shared priorities connect individual channels into one system.
Good reporting makes decisions easier and execution faster.
