Google Ads optimization and management

Optimize Google Ads. Get more from your setup.

Google Ads is producing results. You want to know where your budget could work harder and which improvements are worth pursuing. I connect account analysis with a view of your data, offer and funnel.

Find the right support

Direct senior support. Strategic and hands-on when needed.

Does this sound familiar?

It is working. You want to know what more is possible.

The account has a history

Campaigns, products and exceptions have accumulated over time. You want to reassess the structure and budget allocation.

Metrics need context

Brand activity, new customers, conversion quality and different margins are mixed in the same reports. You want a clearer view of each contribution.

Ideas are plentiful

Feeds, Search, PMax and landing pages all offer possible improvements. You need a reasoned order of priorities, not a long task list.

The key question

The most visible issue is not always the biggest opportunity.

A technical best-practice check can reveal useful clues. Their commercial relevance only becomes clear alongside your offer, data quality and path to conversion.

I separate findings, assumptions and specific tests. This shows which changes have a sound basis and where more evidence is needed first.

The right starting point

Audit, focused project or ongoing management?

You can start with the support you actually need. An audit is not a prerequisite for a project or ongoing management.

The causes are still unclear

An audit reviews the setup and delivers a prioritized roadmap. You then decide who implements the recommendations.

Ongoing account support is missing

I take on regular optimization, testing and budget management in a monthly service package.

Account diagnostics

Examine what matters. Prioritize by impact.

The analysis follows your specific question. These perspectives help put individual campaign signals in context.

  1. Conversion signals

Which actions and values guide the campaigns, and do they reflect actual customer quality?

  2. Demand and structure

How are brand and other search demand, plus audiences, distributed across Search, Shopping and PMax?

  3. Products and feeds

Which product data, differences in the range and commercial goals deserve more attention?

  4. Budgets and bids

Where do budget allocation and targets fit the data, and where would a controlled test help?

  5. Ads and funnel

How well do search intent, message, offer and the conversion journey align?

  6. Testing process

Which hypotheses come first, who implements them and how will we assess their impact?

How I work

An observation becomes a recommendation only with context.

An illustrative analysis, not a diagnosis of your account.

  1. Observation

One product group generates less revenue per advertising euro than the account average.

  2. Context

Assess margin, new-customer share, data quality and available volume together.

  3. Next step

Only then design a budget or structure test and agree in advance how to assess it.

Performance Audit

Clear priorities for work on the account.

In an audit, I analyze the agreed scope and discuss the findings with you. You receive a basis for decisions and a roadmap; campaign changes are outside the audit.

  • Assessment of current performance and data quality
  • Prioritized findings with reasons and open questions
  • Specific optimization and test ideas
  • Roadmap by impact, effort and responsibility

Performance Audit: €2,400–€4,500 as a one-off project. Your team or agency can implement the recommendations. A project with me is agreed separately.

Focused optimization project

Implement a specific improvement.

Is the bottleneck already clear? Then we can agree on a project directly, such as campaign structure, product data or a defined test. An audit is not required first.

  • Agree on the goal, starting point and acceptance criteria
  • Implement and review the agreed changes
  • Plan tests and evaluation around the data available
  • Document changes, open questions and next steps for handover

Indicative fee: €2,000–€4,000 as a one-off project. We clarify access, technical input and external services before starting; ongoing management is a separate engagement.

Estimate the project scope

Continuous improvement

What does ongoing Google Ads management include?

It includes regular performance reviews, campaign optimization, budget management and agreed tests. I connect hands-on work with the contribution it makes to your business goals.

Priorities and execution

Review search terms, ads, bids and product groups, then implement the relevant changes. We include tracking, feeds and landing pages with clear responsibilities.

Analysis and decisions

Document changes and assess them against the available data. Review frequency and reporting reflect volume, learning periods and the importance of each decision, rather than an arbitrary number of daily changes.

A clear scope of work

A project solves a defined problem. Ongoing management develops the account continuously. An independent audit can help when priorities need clarifying first, but it is not compulsory before management begins.

Directly with Raon

Experience that connects analysis and execution.

I have worked in online marketing since 2012. After training at Rocket Internet and serving as Head of Online Marketing, I worked with teams across different markets and stages of growth.

I know focused single-market accounts as well as international Search and Shopping setups. Beyond analysis, I can implement the prioritized work myself or guide its execution.

Experience and approach

In brief

Questions about optimization and management.

Is this only for accounts spending €10,000–€30,000 per month?

No. That range can be suitable for a structured analysis, but it is not a requirement. The question, available data and commercial potential matter most.

Will you change campaigns during the audit?

The audit covers analysis and recommendations first. Operational changes or a subsequent optimization project are agreed separately.

Can our current team or agency implement the recommendations?

Yes. The roadmap is designed for the people responsible for implementation. I can also help prioritize or guide the work if needed.

Do you guarantee a lower CPA?

No. Customer quality, market conditions, the offer and the available data matter alongside campaign work. I provide a reasoned analysis and prioritized tests, not a blanket performance guarantee.
