2. General Information

Protecting your personal data is important to us.

This Privacy Policy explains what data may be processed when using the App and for what purposes such processing takes place.

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

3. Data Processing When Using the App

Game progress is stored exclusively locally on the user’s device.

No user accounts are created and no save data is transmitted to our own servers.

A freely chosen player name is stored locally on the device only and is not transmitted.

The App currently does not require account registration.

4. Google AdMob (Advertising)

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland to display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Ads are requested only where permitted by the current consent status.

Depending on consent and region, Google may serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Even for non-personalized ads, technical data may be processed for ad delivery, security, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

Availability of advertisements or rewarded ads is not guaranteed.

Processed data may include:

• device information
• IP address
• advertising ID
• interaction data
• usage data

Processing takes place:

• with consent for personalized advertising where required by applicable law
• without personalization for non-personalized advertising

Consent is requested through a consent management system and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Firebase Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Firebase Analytics is used to analyze user behavior in a pseudonymized manner in order to improve the App.

Collected data may include:

• device and app information
• app version
• interaction events
• session information
• diagnostic information and, where applicable, crash information

Firebase Analytics is only used after consent has been granted where required by applicable law.

6. Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

The App may send push notifications to inform users about game events or new content.

Before push notifications are enabled, consent may be requested within the App. In addition, permission through the device operating system may be required.

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, is used to deliver notifications.

A device-specific push token may be processed for this purpose.

To deliver notifications, a connection to Google servers is established.

The push token is used solely for the technical delivery of notifications and is not used by us to create user profiles.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the App settings or the device settings.

7. Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

In-app purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing.

Google acts as the payment processor for transactions.

Google may process:

• payment information
• transaction information
• device information

This processing is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract.

Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), where applicable.

For certain Android users, the app may access the Google Play Age Signals API when the user starts a new in-app purchase or requests an optional rewarded advertisement. Google Play may indicate whether age information has been shared, whether age verification is required and, where applicable, provide an age range or parental approval status.
We use this information solely to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations and to provide age-appropriate app functionality. The information is not used for advertising, ad personalization, marketing, analytics or profiling and is not disclosed to AdMob, analytics services or other third parties. It is processed temporarily in memory and is not stored permanently.
If Google Play reports that mandatory age verification is required, the requested action may remain temporarily unavailable until verification has been completed. Age information that has not been shared is not automatically treated as evidence that the user is a minor. Where applicable, processing is based on compliance with a legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

8. Storage on the Device

The App stores game progress, settings, selected player and café names, progress, virtual currencies, notification settings, and technical status information related to in-app purchases locally on the device.

These local save files are not transmitted to our own servers. However, individual data may be processed by third-party services where required for advertising, analytics, push notifications, or in-app purchases as described in this Privacy Policy.

9. Contact

If you contact us via e-mail at office@raonstrohschein.de, the transmitted personal data will be stored for the purpose of processing your request.

10. International Data Transfers

By using Google services, personal data may be transferred to servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States.

Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

11. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

• access to your data
• correction of inaccurate data
• deletion of data
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• withdrawal of consent
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

13. Withdrawal and Adjustment of Consent

You may withdraw or adjust consent at any time with effect for the future.

To do so, open the “Settings” menu or the “Legal & Support” section within the App and select “Adjust Privacy Settings”. Where available for your region and consent status, the privacy options form provided by Google will be displayed.

After changes are made, the App applies the updated consent information to advertising and analytics features. If consent for advertising services is not granted or is withdrawn, advertisements and rewarded ads may not be available.

Alternatively, consent may be requested again by clearing the App data/cache or reinstalling the App.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
